Who are RubberSoul?

Rubber Soul Condoms came to be back in the summer of 2004 after it became apparent that the large retailers were making a heck of a lot of money from you, the people. We weren’t happy with this and so we decided to do something about it. And so Rubber Soul Condoms was born.

Are these condoms safe?

Of course they are!  All our condoms are CE certified which is a legal requirement.

How can I contact you?

We can be contacted by sending an email to sales@rubbersoulcondoms.com

How discreet is your service?

Very!  We understand that our customers require complete discretion when purchasing our products.  All our items are sent in plain unmarked envelopes, no one will ever know what’s being delivered.

How will the payment appear on my card statement?

On your card statement we will appear as ‘RSC’.

How long does delivery take?

We try to send out all orders the same day as they are placed.  If part of the order is out of stock then we’ll ship what we can and forward on the remaining items when they become availiable.  If, in the unlikely event an item is out of stock we’ll contact you within 24 hours to let you know.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via Paypal, Nochex, Postal Orders or Personal Cheque.

Is it safe to give my details online?

Yes it is!  Because we use PayPal and Nochex they process your card details via their secure websites.  Their system is tried, tested and very secure, none of your details will be visible to anyone else. Here at RubberSoul we will never ask you for your credit or debit card details.

Is postage and packaging free?

Yes it is for all UK orders.  For all items being shipped out of the UK there is a small fee.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do.

What is your privacy policy?

We are committed to protecting your privacy.  We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect information about you to enable us to process your order.  We will never reveal your information to any third parties, no matter how much they offer us!

How would you contact me in the event of a problem?

By email only.

Why do your condoms come without a box?

Packaging the condoms in a lovely box makes them look good on the shelf, but it’s you the customer that has to pay for that packaging.  We sell the majority of our products loose to reduce costs.
